TED DRUM
A native of Fort Lauderdale, owner and broker Ted Drum considers himself a generalist with an emphasis on "significant" properties. In fact, he is a real estate advisor to top domestic and internationally known firms. With over forty years experience in real estate, Ted is a former President of the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors and has been Realtor of the Year. His reputation is one of solid knowledge and forthrightness. Ted is also a decorated Infantry Commander, having served in Vietnam. Drum Realty believes in teamwork and has been a successful family business for over 50 years. Ted was a 17 year member of the Fort Lauderdale Planning and Zoning Board and is in the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate. KELLY DRUM
Kelly Drum is a principal partner in Drum Realty, luxury waterfront specialists, selling exclusive commercial and residential properties for more than 30 years. Since 1948, Kelly’s family has been a leader in the recreational boating business and is considered a pioneering presence in South Florida, known as the yachting capital of the world. Kelly is Chief Executive Officer of The Shipyard, owner of the historic Lauderdale Marina property where his family's marine business is located. Kelly is co-owner and CEO of Lauderdale Marina, home to numerous marine-related businesses and providing dockage for yachts from around the world. Kelly is also co-owner and CEO of the 15th Street Fisheries restaurant located within Lauderdale Marina. Among his many marine-related projects, he is a co-owner of the Art Institute/Boat House property which consists of over 7.5 acres of waterfront land, a 40,000 sq ft covered mega-yacht facility, and a 70,000 sq ft office building.
CHRIS DRUM
Chris Drum has been a licensed associate with Drum Realty since 2015, specializing in residential properties throughout Fort Lauderdale. A Massachusetts native and graduate of Smith College, Christine has lived in Rio Vista for over 25 years. Her passion for interiors and experience as a former residential interior designer gives Christine an edge in helping her customers buy and sell their homes. Christine holds dual citizenship in the United States and Switzerland, is bilingual and speaks German as well as English.
CLARK DRUM
A 4th generation licensed associate with Drum Realty, Clark is a South Florida native and graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas and the University of Alabama where he worked on Coach Nick Saban’s staff as a recruiting specialist for the Crimson Tide. After working at NFL Headquarters in New York City, Clark moved to Los Angeles where he learned the ins-and-outs of digital/ social media marketing. Clark’s extensive knowledge of boating and the local waterways gives him a unique perspective on waterfront property in and around South Florida.
