Ted Drum
A native of Fort Lauderdale, owner and broker Ted Drum considers himself a generalist with an emphasis on "significant" properties. In fact, he is a real estate advisor to top domestic and internationally known firms.
With over thirty years experience in real estate, Ted is a former President of the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors and has been Realtor of the Year. His reputation is one of solid knowledge and forthrightness. Ted is also a decorated Infantry Commander, having served in Vietnam.
Drum Realty believes in teamwork and has been a successful family business for over 50 years. Ted was a 17 year member of the Fort Lauderdale Planning and Zoning Board and is in the Who's Who
in Luxury Real Estate. As the co-owner and developer of The Shipyard at Lauderdale Marina and 15th Street Fisheries restaurant, Ted and his family are very familiar with the outstanding luxury waterfront opportunities in South Florida. |
Kelly Drum
Since 1948, Kelly’s family has been a leader in the recreational boating business and is considered a pioneering presence in South Florida, known as the yachting capital of the world. His family’s Lauderdale Marina, home to numerous marine-related businesses (including Yacht Auction Group, provide dockage for yachts from around the world.
Kelly, a licensed yacht broker and marine industry entrepreneur, is founder and President of the 15th Street Boat Company, leasing new Boston Whalers for short and long term use. Among his many marine-related projects, he is part owner of the Marine Executive Center and the Boat House/Art Institute properties - one of the city’s finest commercial waterfront properties which includes a world-class dockage facility for mega yachts. Kelly is involved in the development of a Maritime Museum in historic downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Kelly is also a partner in Drum Realty, luxury waterfront specialists, selling exclusive commercial and residential properties using both traditional and auction methods. |
